Course Overview

This is a one day course designed to teach hospital biomedical engineers integration system architecture, core pieces of equipment, video signal types, reading an integration drawing package, wiring, and system troubleshooting.

Learning Objective

  • Understand integration system architecture.
  • Learn about the core pieces of equipment used in an integrated OR.
  • Learn about the different integration system signal types, cables and connectors.
  • Gain knowledge about the components of a drawing package.
  • Understand integration signal ow and wiring.
  • Become skilled at using the Olympus EndoAlpha integration system.
  • Learn basic integration troubleshooting skills.


Integration Training Completion Certicate will be awarded at the end of this course.
