Course Overview

This training will help you gain insight and knowledge into the functionality and operability of Trumpf iLED lights. It will help you troubleshoot, inspect and repair your iLED lights and guarantee their efficient operation during surgical procedures. This training is equivalent to Trumpf factory training. You will therefore gain insight and familiarity into the circuitry, as well as the design of the electronics and each section of the light. The instructor will provide you with in-depth troubleshooting and repair techniques so you can support and return your iLED lights to proper operating conditions.

Learning Objective

  • Learn how to operate the light (menu, options, limitations, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and pinpoint the defective components
  • Learn the wiring configuration of a properly working light
  • Discuss the preventive maintenance steps
  • Repair the iLED


A certificate of completion will be provided to each participant at the end of the course.
